Speaking as a person with a history of marshmallow cereal addiction (breakfast options included Lucky Charms or Lucky Charms, end of list) I can tell you, this is pretty exciting stuff right here. The two most popular coffee drinks at Dunkin’ are currently Caramel Macchiato and Mocha Latte, so it only made sense to create caramel-swirled and mocha-swirled marshmallows, round them out with crunchy coffee cereal pieces, and debut them as two new cereals named after the popular coffee drinks.
As the dose of caffeine is only about what you’d get in a few sips of coffee (a tenth of a cup to be exact), you’ll still need to fire up your coffee system of choice. But for those mornings when you wake up with a mocha latte craving but aren’t prepared to make one yourself (or don’t want to go get one), pouring one of these cereals in a bowl and adding some milk will satisfy your cereal need, your coffee drink craving, and your marshmallow requirements all at the same time.
