Ursa Major makes products inspired by nature. Parks Project works to protect nature. So naturally (pun intended), they decided to make soap together. If you haven’t encountered Parks Project yet, they found a way, through sales of their tee shirts and other gear, to funnel money to the organizations that keep our National Parks and parklands protected and running smoothly for the enjoyment of all. In this case, the Ursa Major National Parks Soap Set will donate five percent of sales to the National Parks Conservation Association.
Like everything Ursa Major makes, the soaps eschew suspect chemicals in favor of natural stuff that’s effective and suitable for putting on your body. Inspired by three parks, the set contains Acadia (Maine) with seaweed and scotch pine, Zion (Utah) with sage and cedar, and Redwood (California) with juniper and fir.
