Rossinavi x Pininfarina Super Sport 65 Yacht
On one end of the boating spectrum, you have a raft made from logs and rope. Head way, way over to the other end of that spectrum, where design, power, and mind-boggling luxury live, and you’ll find this super yacht. A concept rendered by Italian luxury yacht builder Rossinavi, the Supersport 65 is a supercar-inspired, 215-foot mega vessel that will run on not one but four V-16 diesel engines built by Rolls-Royce’s MTU. Each one churns out 2,600 brake horsepower giving this triple-decker yacht a top speed of around 30 knots. Keep the boat at 12 knots and you’ll get a range of 4,000 nautical miles.
Both the interior and exterior were designed by high-end Italian design firm Pininfarina who glossed the Supersport with a sleek, quicksilver flow from bow to stern. Super car influences include staircases connecting the decks that were designed to look like air intakes, and sweeping, aerodynamic lines of the upper deck that give the impression of a race-ready hood and windshield.
Inside, six cabins sleep twelve guests, with seven more cabins allotted to the captain and crew. Two large hot tubs, numerous lounge spaces, a gym, and a jet ski garage round out the luxury offerings.
